bigarrow — AI agents point at what to click with big arrows on your Mac
bigarrow is an MIT-licensed macOS CLI and skill for Claude Code and Codex. An agent uses it to draw a big arrow and a text sign over any app, so a human knows exactly which button to click. It never clicks or types itself.
A finger for your coding agent: it points at the button you need to press, then disappears.

What is it?
bigarrow gives AI agents a way to point at things on a Mac screen. An agent runs one command and a large arrow with a sign such as 'click Allow' appears over a permission prompt, a window or a browser tab. It ships as a command-line tool plus an Agent Skills-format skill for Claude Code and Codex.
How does it work?
The arrow is drawn in a transparent window above other windows. Clicks pass through to the app underneath and keyboard focus stays where it was. Targets can be screen coordinates, a window title, a UI element label found through macOS Accessibility, or a Peekaboo snapshot ID. Every arrow removes itself after a time limit (8 seconds for `point`), when the agent process that drew it exits, or on `bigarrow stop`.
Why does it matter?
Coding agents often stall on steps only a human can do, like 2FA codes, macOS permission dialogs or confirmations. Pointing straight at the right control is faster than a long text description, and the tool is safe by design: it only points, and never clicks, types or captures the screen.
